About the program

The Nordic Balance Program combines relaxation and mindfulness practices with Nordic Walking, a gentle and comprehensive way to exercise 90% of the body's muscles using poles to optimize gait biomechanics. Integrating outdoor walking, especially in natural settings, with mindfulness practice will provide numerous benefits for the mind-body connection, improving both physical and emotional well-being.

The Nordic Balance Program includes: - Walk through Retiro Park with a Nordic Walking instructor - Healthy breakfast - Collagen Recovery Facial Treatment - Body treatment - Healthy drink + nutritional supplement - 30 minutes of meditation or mindfulness-type technique
