Treatments during pregnancy

During such a special time as pregnancy, the care of the expectant mother and the well-being of the baby are our top priorities. At Beldon Beauty, we offer pregnancy-friendly beauty treatments that provide a safe and expert approach to enhancing your well-being during this unique stage. We understand the specific needs of expectant mothers and tailor our treatments accordingly.

Our protocol menu includes a facial treatment and a body massage , both specifically designed for pregnant women. The facial treatment is designed to adapt to the skin's changes during pregnancy, providing hydration and specific care tailored to each individual case. The body massage, on the other hand, focuses on relieving tension and improving circulation, as well as reducing fluid retention, offering a moment of deep relaxation. Both protocols are accompanied by personalized advice on at-home care routines designed for pregnant women. Furthermore, we have considered your comfort with cushions specifically designed to allow you to enjoy comfortable and relaxing massages, even lying face down. Trust us to provide you with specialized guidance that addresses your individual needs as we care for you and your baby on this shared journey of well-being.

It is recommended to wait until the first 12 weeks of pregnancy before starting any treatment.

What treatments can't I have?

During pregnancy, it's important to avoid acids, except for hyaluronic acid. Additionally, vitamin C should not be used in concentrations higher than 7%, nor should essential oils, with the exception of lavender, tea tree, or rosehip. It's also advisable to avoid certain active ingredients, which we will inform you about.

What products should I use?

During pregnancy, it is recommended to use moisturizing and nourishing products. The use of sunscreen is especially important, as melanin production tends to increase.

What are the possible changes in my body during pregnancy?

In general, many women experience improvements in their skin, nails, and hair due to hormones. However, symptoms such as temporary acne, dark spots due to increased melanin, fat accumulation to nourish the baby during breastfeeding, fluid retention, and increased sensitivity may occur.
