These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to all sales made on the Beldon Beauty website. They also apply internationally. Beldon Beauty reserves the right to cancel the accounts of customers who act fraudulently or in bad faith.

How to Place an Order through the website

1. Select the product and add it to your cart.
2. Access the cart to review or modify the quantity.
3. Apply a discount coupon if you have one and update your cart.
4. Select your shipping method.
5. Complete the purchase and choose your payment method on the Checkout page .
6. You will receive an email confirming your order.

Prices and Stock

• Price: Product prices on the website are shown in euros and include VAT (Value Added Tax)
• Price Validity: The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase, confirmed upon accepting the shopping cart and proceeding to payment. Prices may be updated at any time without affecting purchases already made. Once the order is accepted, no price differences or subsequent adjustments can be claimed.
• Online and Physical Channels: Prices and offers on the website are exclusive to online purchases and may differ from prices in our Beldon physical stores. Customers are free to choose the channel that best suits them, and claims for price variations between the online and physical stores will not be accepted.
• Offer Duration: Offers in the online store are valid only during the specified period.
• Stock Issues: In case of stock shortage, we will notify the customer within a maximum of 48 hours to offer an alternative or proceed with a refund.

Delivery Times

We process and ship orders, on average, within 24-48 hours for deliveries in Madrid and within 48-72 hours for the rest of the Iberian Peninsula. However, in some cases, the delivery time may be extended up to 10 business days.

To ensure your order arrives within this timeframe, it is essential that the Customer provides a complete and accurate delivery address, including details such as street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, among others. The delivery dates shown on the website are approximate and correspond to average processing and shipping times. Beldon is not responsible for consequences arising from delivery delays not attributable to the company.

Shipping Costs

Before finalizing your purchase, shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on the delivery address. Shipping Costs

• Home delivery in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): for orders equal to or less than €100 it will have a cost of €3.90 and for orders over €100 it will be free.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or PO boxes.
• We ship exclusively within Spain. We do not ship internationally.

1. Return policy

You have 15 days from the date you receive your product to easily manage it. Here's how:

1. Write to us Send us an email to info@beldonbeauty.com stating the reason for the return, or call 912 45 81 71. We only accept returns of damaged or defective items; if this is not the case, we will not be able to process the return.
2. Prepare your product Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. Include proof of purchase (such as a receipt) and please note that you will be responsible for any damage or loss until we receive the item.
3. Return Options
   • Home collection: We will arrange home collection free of charge
   • Returns at your own expense: If you prefer to ship the item yourself, please pack the product appropriately and label the package to our address: C/ Lagasca 9, 28001 Madrid .
4. Refund Once the product has been received and checked in our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method you used.

Note: Product photos on the website are approximate and may show slight variations in color or size. These differences are not considered defects and are therefore not grounds for return. Beldon Beauty SL may withhold the refund until the product is received or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

Returns policy in case of Defective Product

You have 48 hours from receipt of your order to verify that all components are in perfect condition and that the contents are correct. We will consider the order accepted once this period has elapsed, and no claims for damage or shipping errors will be accepted after 48 hours. If you find any damaged products upon receiving your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. You can email us at info@beldonbeauty.com or call us at +34 912 458 171 . We will arrange for the collection of the defective product and send you a new one at no additional cost, once the damaged item has been received and verified. Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal : According to the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), Customers will have the right to withdraw from the contract without needing to justify such decision and without penalty of any kind, within a period of 14 calendar days from the formalization of the service contract.

Withdrawal is free of charge for the customer. BELDON BEAUTY, SL will refund the corresponding amount, including the management costs related to registration, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal form.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the initial payment. However, if the establishment has already received any registration confirmation materials, BELDON BEAUTY, SL may withhold the refund until said materials are received. In this case, the Supplier will only be liable for any decrease in the value of the merchandise resulting from improper handling.

In the event of transport costs arising from the return of the product, these must be borne by the SUPPLIER provided that the return is due purely to the right of withdrawal and not to a lack of conformity of the product.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To withdraw, send an email to info@beldonbeauty.com with the subject line RETURN and the completed withdrawal form. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal form.
