Rosacea
Rosacea in the midface is a condition that affects the central area, including the cheeks, nose, and the area around the eyes. This sensitive skin reacts with redness and, in some cases, the appearance of small bumps that are often mistaken for acne. Triggers for rosacea are varied, ranging from temperature changes and sun exposure to the consumption of certain foods or drinks. Over time, the redness can become more persistent and noticeable, affecting the overall appearance of the skin and causing discomfort. If left untreated, rosacea can progress and become more severe, leading to an uneven skin texture and visible blood vessels.
