Medik8's Press & Glow is a daily exfoliating toner with PHA (gluconolactone) that gently renews the skin's surface, improving its texture, hydration, and radiance without causing irritation. Formulated for all skin types, even sensitive ones, it helps strengthen the skin barrier while stimulating natural exfoliation with prickly pear extract and improving the absorption of active ingredients such as vitamin A. Enriched with aloe vera and açai, it soothes and moisturizes, leaving skin visibly more even, fresh, and radiant.

Gluconolactone – a next-generation exfoliating acid that acts like a moisture magnet and can be safely used twice daily. The most common polyhydroxy acid (PHA), gluconolactone is the perfect and gentlest way to renew skin cells every day. It helps vitamin A penetrate the skin more easily, promoting skin cell renewal similar to the action of AHAs and BHAs, while avoiding any skin irritation. Gluconolactone also helps strengthen the skin's barrier function, increase hydration levels, and provide antioxidant protection. It helps improve the stratum corneum and protects against free radicals, leaving skin more resilient and radiant.

Prickly Pear Extract - helps boost and activate the activity of the skin's natural exfoliating enzymes, responsible for the natural process of skin cell shedding. Natural exfoliating enzymes: cathepsin, SCCE (Stratum Corneum Chymotryptic Enzyme), and SCTE (Stratum Corneum Tryptic Enzyme). As we age, the number of natural exfoliating enzymes decreases. The function of these enzymes is to break the bonds between skin cells in the stratum corneum. Restoring natural exfoliation in the stratum corneum ensures normal exfoliation in all layers of the epidermis. By stimulating natural exfoliating enzymes, the rate of cell renewal will increase, helping to improve the appearance of fine lines and enhancing skin clarity and radiance.

Aloe vera is ideal for reducing skin irritation and improving its moisture-retaining properties. It's perfect for reducing any dryness commonly associated with topical vitamin A use.

Acai Extract - the acai berry is packed with anthocyanins, which are known to help stimulate blood circulation and reduce inflammation, while protecting the skin from damage caused by free radicals.

Aqua (water), gluconolactone, glycerin, hydrolyzed extract of Opuntia Ficus-Indica flowers, extract of Euterpe Oleracea fruit, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) leaf juice, sodium hydroxide, sodium citrate, hydroxyacetophenone, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.

Apply directly after cleansing to a cotton pad on clean, dry skin. Turn the top half of the pump counterclockwise until activated. After cleansing in the morning and evening, firmly press a cotton pad onto the Press & Glow applicator and press 3-4 times. Wipe the cotton pad over your skin, avoiding the delicate eye area. Turn the pump clockwise until it clicks to prevent spillage.
