The treatment begins with a deep exfoliation of the legs, from the feet to the knees. While the exfoliant works, stretches and pressure are applied to the neck and arms, promoting relaxation and tension relief. Afterward, the exfoliant is removed, and a foot reflexology massage is performed, working on the reflex points on the feet that correspond to different parts of the body. This massage stimulates circulation and energy balance, providing a holistic wellness experience.
