After your nighttime cleansing routine, apply a pea-sized amount of Sleep Glycolic to your face, neck, and décolleté. Use 2-3 times per week. We do not recommend using leave-in acids during the 12-week course to allow your skin barrier time to heal between frequent peels. However, Medik8's Sleep Glycolic is a great option to use during the 6-8 week breaks between 12-week courses to help maintain results. If you are peeling less frequently (e.g., every 3 months), Sleep Glycolic is ideal to use between peels to maintain and optimize results.
